Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the Enerzix Marketplace or submitting a wholesale application, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Engrity Group Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately.

2. Product Standards & Health Canada

Our water is sourced and bottled in compliance with the Food and Drugs Act of Canada. Each 500ml unit undergoes rigorous filtration. However:

• Our water is intended for hydration and is not a substitute for medical treatment.
• Storage: For optimal quality, store in a cool, dark environment. Do not expose to extreme Canadian sub-zero temperatures as vessel integrity may be compromised.

3. Wholesale & Lead Generation

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. The "10% First Order Discount" is only applicable to approved partners with a minimum initial procurement of $2,000.00 CAD (pre-tax). Engrity Group Inc. reserves the right to deny wholesale status to any entity.

4. Logistics & Liability

We ship exclusively within Canada. Title of goods passes to the purchaser upon carrier pickup.

• Extreme Weather: During winter months, we may delay shipping to prevent product freezing.
• Final Sale: Due to Health Canada beverage safety regulations, all water products are final sale and non-returnable once the seal is broken or delivery is accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Engrity Group Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
